• Your hotels are selected as per the budgets below.
• You may have to check the quality of mentioned hotels, through the concerned hotel websites.
• As per the Hotel policy, there will be only one extra bed in a double bed room.
• In Munnar & Thekkady A/C room is not necessary, since they are cold places.
• If any balance payment is there, you may have to do in our office on arrival day.
• Our Cochin office opens at 9.30 am.
• Debit/credit card swipping facility is there in our office, with 1.5 % service charge.
• 50% of the tour value to be collected 30 days prior to the commencement of tour.
• For instant tours full amount to be collected in advance.
• If any balance payment is there, you may have to do in our office on arrival day.
• If your arrival at anywhere, other than Cochin, you may have to make the balance payment to the concerned cab driver in the arrival day itself.
• Should carry a photo, ID card during your entire trip.
• Please make the arrival should be in the morning time & departure should be in the evening.
• We do not have any hidden charges
• Remember to carry your own medicines.
• Try to wear minimal expensive ornaments.
• Any Natural calamities will not be liable for the same.
• Before taking arrival & Departure tickets, you may please consult with your concerned tour operater.They will tell you the exact stations properly.
• Smoking, Nudity & consuming alcohol is prohibited in public places in Kerala.
• In our package we are providing Breakfast only. (CP Plan)
• House boats are exclusively for you only, and not shared, a/c will be 09 pm to 06 am.
• Houseboats are accompanied by a navigator and cook & with all foods.
• In Case of non availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.
• We are preparing this itinerary for full day basis, so you may please arrange your arrival in the morning itself.
• We are not charging any fees for cancellation before 15 days. Otherwise will take the advance payment as Cancellation charges.
• If you are ready to come within three months after cancellation, we will adjust this amount to the revised package amount.
